How will I receive my files?

Instantly. After checkout you get a download link (on Dovlee, Etsy or Gumroad, wherever you purchased). The PDFs open in any free PDF reader and print at home or at work.

Do I need an app or a subscription?

No. This is a print-and-write planner on purpose: paper on the desk, visible all day, with no logins, notifications or monthly fees. If you prefer a tablet, the PDFs also work in note apps like GoodNotes.

How is this different from a normal to-do list?

A to-do list only holds tasks. This set adds the pieces around them: boards that show a project's status at a glance, a weekly page that forces a realistic top 3, and a delegation tracker so handed-off work has an owner, a due date and a visible status.

Which size should I print?

US Letter for US and Canada desks and binders, A4 for the UK, Germany, Europe and most other countries, and Half Letter if you keep a smaller personal binder. All three sizes are included, so you can change your mind any time.

Can I print the pages again when they fill up?

Yes — print fresh copies whenever you need them. Most people reprint the master list and weekly pages often, and the boards whenever a new project starts.

Is this a physical planner?

No. It is a digital download. Nothing is shipped — you print the pages yourself, as often as you like.
