How will I receive my files?
Instantly. After checkout you get a download link (on Dovlee, Etsy or Gumroad, wherever you purchased). Print the pages at school or at home — most teachers print a class set each Friday.
What do I need to use it?
Any free PDF reader and a printer, plus pencils or crayons. The pages are deliberately light on ink, with clear lines and white space.
What ages is it designed for?
The prompts and reading level suit roughly ages 7–12 (grades 2–6). Younger children can use the feelings faces and stars with a grown-up's help; older students use the full written prompts.
How long does the routine take?
About five minutes once children know it: answer the three prompts, check in with a feeling face, colour the effort stars and write next week's goal.
What sizes are included?
