Quick Overview
The Printable Newspaper by Dovlee is an editable newspaper front page that you print at home as a birthday or anniversary keepsake. You add the name, headline, photo and stories in Canva, then print on A4 or US Letter (it also scales up at a print shop). The pack includes birthday and anniversary front pages, a Through the Years timeline page and a back page with a party crossword and wishes. It is an instant digital download — no physical item is shipped.
Current Release Sold Out · Studio Upgrade in Progress

Save this design to your wishlist to receive private early access when the next edition opens.
Some gifts get opened. This one gets read out loud. A proper newspaper front page — masthead, headline, photo, three columns and even a weather box ('Sunny, with a chance of cake') — starring the person you are celebrating. Edit it in Canva in minutes, print it at home, and hand over a keepsake that usually ends up framed, not filed.

A few helpful details
How will I receive my files?
Instantly. After checkout you get a download link (on Dovlee, Etsy or Gumroad, wherever you purchased) with the Canva template link and the PDF version.
What software do I need?
A free Canva account in any modern browser to edit the headline, stories and photo. If you only want to change the name and headline by hand, the included PDF prints as-is with blank-friendly columns.
Can I change the headline, text and photo?
Yes — the headline, masthead wording, story columns, weather box and the framed photo are all editable in Canva. The sample name (Emma) and stories are placeholders for yours.
What sizes can I print?
The files are set up for A4 and US Letter on a home printer. Because it is a clean vector-style design, a print shop can also scale it to A3 for a poster-size front page.
What paper works best?
Regular paper works; matte photo paper or light card makes it feel like a real keepsake. For the rolled-gift look, print on A3 if your printer allows it.
Is this a physical product?
No. It is a digital download that you print yourself. Nothing is shipped — which also means you can make it the night before the party.
