How will I receive my files?

Instantly. After checkout you get a download link (on Dovlee, Etsy or Gumroad, wherever you purchased). Open the spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets, or print the PDF pages — whichever way you prefer to work.

What software do I need?

Microsoft Excel or a free Google Sheets account for the spreadsheet version. The printable PDF opens in any free PDF reader. No paid design software is needed.

Can I change the categories, labels and currency?

Yes. Category names and line items are ordinary editable cells/pages — rename them to fit your life or business, and set your own currency format ($, £, €) in your spreadsheet settings.

I have tried monthly budgets and quit. How is a weekly one different?

The horizon is seven days, so the plan stays visible and finishable. You set limits on one page, tick days off as you go, and close the week with a short review — most people find a week much easier to complete than a month.

What sizes are the printable pages?

US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Use Letter in the US and Canada, A4 in the UK, Germany, Europe and most other countries.

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Nothing is shipped — you use it on screen or print the pages at home.
